We want you to feel good about every decision you make with Zillinity. That's why we offer a straightforward refund policy with no hoops to jump through.

48-Hour Cancellation Window

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of:

  • Your subscription being activated (new subscribers)
  • Your subscription renewing (existing subscribers)

If 48 hours have passed since your activation or renewal date, the charge for that billing period is no longer eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, reach out to us at support@zillinity.com within the 48-hour window. Please include the email address associated with your account. We'll take care of the rest.

Cancellations Going Forward

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Canceling stops future renewals — your access continues through the end of the current billing period, but that period's charge will not be refunded unless it falls within the 48-hour window.
