Zillinity Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zillinity, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and SoundCloud's Terms of Use.

2. Service Description

Zillinity provides:

  • AI-generated spaces based on your inputs (mood, activity, target vibe, and music preferences)
  • Music playlists sourced from our own server
  • A Pomodoro timer that does not track any user data; users may opt in to browser notifications
  • Journaling with AI-generated prompts to support reflection and focus

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use Zillinity for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to extract or download SoundCloud audio
  • Attempt to extract or download audio provided by Zillinity
  • Reverse engineer our AI systems
  • Impersonate others

4. SoundCloud Metadata

  • Metadata Only: We retain limited SoundCloud track metadata (track IDs, titles, artists, and artwork URLs) for display purposes. We do not stream or serve SoundCloud audio.
  • No Modification: Metadata is displayed as-is, without alteration

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You own all input data (mood, activity, journal entries)
  • SoundCloud Content: All SoundCloud track metadata belongs to the original creators
  • Zillinity: We own the app code, AI systems, and all audio provided through our platform

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

  • Abusing the AI system
  • Violating SoundCloud's terms
  • Illegal activity
  • Using inappropriate usernames, display names, or bios — including content that targets or promotes hate against individuals or groups

7. Disclaimers

  • AI Accuracy: Spaces are generative and may be imperfect
  • Music Availability: Tracks may disappear if SoundCloud removes them
  • Service Availability: No uptime guarantees

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for:

  • SoundCloud track takedowns
  • AI recommendations you dislike
  • Third-party actions

9. Changes to Terms

We'll notify users of material changes via:

  • In-app banners (all users)
  • Email (registered users)

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.
